We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a construction or engineering firm and preferably residents in 6th of October City or nearby areas.
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, filing, and document management.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Support project teams with scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics.
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors as required.
Coordinate with HR and finance for basic administrative tasks when needed.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in an administrative role within a construction or engineering company.
Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Preferred residence in 6th of October City or nearby.
