Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a construction or engineering firm and preferably residents in 6th of October City or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.

  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, filing, and document management.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Support project teams with scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics.

  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors as required.

  • Coordinate with HR and finance for basic administrative tasks when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role within a construction or engineering company.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

  • Preferred residence in 6th of October City or nearby.
