We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our recruitment and personnel operations. The ideal candidate will assist in attracting, hiring, and onboarding talent, while also supporting day-to-day employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career, looking to grow their expertise in both recruitment and personnel management.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• End-to End Recruitment Cycle.
• Support onboarding activities including documentation and induction planning

Personnel & Employee Support

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
• Assist with employment contract preparation and personnel file management
• Support in handling employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or personnel administration
• Basic understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
